Lars is an explorer by nature. In his early years, confined by the boundaries of Eastern Germany, he would find astute ways to scout his surroundings. Years later, as the borders opened, Lars embraced his newfound freedom and fearlessly followed his thirst for discovery.

Always on the move, Lars studied business management in Germany and the US, with an early interest in the life science industry. After a little more than 10 years working in management consulting with a focus on the healthcare industry in France and Germany, it was only natural for Lars to join the Privegest team in 2016.

When asked about how he approaches each new project, Lars says: “I take a real interest in the person in front of me, understand the idea, analyse its potential, invest in the future of the business.” When then asked what he appreciates most about his job at Privegest, he adds: “Discovering a new project or business idea is an adventure each time. Meeting and working with passionate people that are willing to make change happen and are not afraid of taking risks is highly motivating. I love the diversity I am faced with every day, as well as evaluating the risks and the potential rewards we can ultimately reap.”
